We include at no cost a full warranty on our homes for the first year after you move in.

To add to your confidence, we offer a Home Buyer’s Warranty that covers major items from years 2-10 through a 3rd party insurance company.

We provide an in person homeowner orientation as well as a homeowner manual for every home we build. The homeowner manual is yours to keep so you can reference specific items in your home. Following the homeowner orientation we offer a 60 day check-in where we will address any new or functionality items that need to be addressed in the home.
Finally, at the 11 month mark we follow up again to address any final items in the home that may need addressed prior to the expiration of the first year warranty.

Where do you build?

We build in the greater Denver area, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Greenwood Village and Jefferson County.

Our home is falling apart and is too small, what do I do?

You aren’t alone. Most of the new homes we build are for people who don’t want to leave their neighborhood. They have outgrown the home and have a growing family. They have paid down their mortgage and have equity in the land. It's time to build a home that fits your new life and family, we can help!

Do you do additions or remodels?

We are willing to help with additions or re-models on the homes we have previously built. Any other project we will consider on a case by case basis.

What does it cost to build a home?

The answer can vary depending on the size and complexity of the home you want to build. The best advice we can give is to first talk to your preferred lender and see what your budget is. Then we can help align your dream home with your budget.
